The Deskweb MO™ Intranet Portal (Mortgage Originator Edition) has been in development for the past two years, and is scheduled for formal release in 2006.  This product features a browser-based interface that currently includes a knowledgebase of greater than one Gigabyte.

The primary goal of the Deskweb MO™ Intranet Portal is to level the playing field between experienced loan offices and those who may be, let us say, a bit damp behind the ears.  Subject matter includes detailed lender contact information, useful marketing materials and prospecting tools, mortgage-related securities tracking, bond market updates, comprehensive "Mortgage Originator University" courseware, a sizable glossary of terms, in-depth credit analysis, direct links to wholesale lenders, regulatory compliance data, loan processing tools, and much more.  Thousands of local and remote resources are never more than a mouse click away (see portal screen shot below).

The Deskweb MO™ Intranet Portal is designed to complement any Loan Origination Software and standard Automated Underwriting Systems used by the loan officer or loan processor.  Site licenses will be available for mortgage bankers and brokers with multiple locations.

A similar portal is currently under development for real estate professionals and builders, and will incorporate Google Earth mapping among its many clever innovations.  The "future" of real estate technology is now available.
