The Deskweb RE™ Intranet Portal (Real Estate Edition) has been in development for the past few months, and is scheduled for formal release late in 2006.  This product for real estate professionals and builders features a browser-based interface that includes a comprehensive knowledgebase that is rapidly expanding in size.

The primary goal of the Deskweb RE™ Intranet Portal is to level the playing field between experienced Realtors® and those who may be new to the business.  Subject matter includes useful marketing materials and prospecting tools, an net sheet generation tool, comprehensive "Real Estate University" courseware, a sizable glossary of real estate and mortgage terms, in-depth credit analysis, direct links to your favorite mortgage lender websites, mortgage-related securities tracking, regulatory compliance data, and will incorporate Google Earth mapping among its other technological innovations.

The Deskweb RE™ Intranet Portal is designed to complement any MLS application and other software currently in use by the broker or agent.  Site licenses will be available for real estate professionals with multiple locations.
